Anita Gougleva
Vice President of Acquisitions

Anita is responsible for all aspects of Vie’s acquisition team including deal sourcing, screening, underwriting, and investment performance. Additionally, she is involved in both debt and equity capital sourcing, investor reporting, and asset management.

Prior to Vie, Anita worked as a development manager at Lonestar Development Partners in Austin, Texas and a financial associate at the publicly traded Vornado Realty Trust in Washington DC. With over 13 years of experience in commercial real estate, Anita is highly proficient in financial modeling and deal execution. She received her Bachelor of Science from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with a focus on finance, real estate, and accounting.
