Resident retention is more important than ever before due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Vie Management's co-founder and CEO, Ari Rosenblum, sat down with Units Magazine to discuss how Vie is boosting incentives to encourage retention, as well as other tactics to utilize during this time.
“The number-one thing we’ve done is give people the ability to get out of their lease if school does not start,” Rosenblum says. “When we can allay that concern, we’ve been successful in getting people to re-up.”
