Marilyn is a Senior Project Manager responsible for financial aspects of a projects life-cycle. This includes data gathering and analysis, cash flow monitoring and reporting, and working with staff members to complete projects according to business needs and internal and external deadline.
Marilyn have more than 30 years’ experience in Financial Project Management.Ms. Pastrana has worked in international infrastructure and building projects during her employment with Ferrovial , SA a leading European multinational company with divisions in more than 15 counties. As well as public accounting experience , Ernst & Young European Branch, in financial preparation in both IFRS and US GAAP.
Marilyn attended New York University and FIU, has a BS In Business with a concentration in accounting and a MBA from Universidad de Alcala one of Europe’s oldest, founded in 1293.

Vie Management's director of Brand Experience Sabine Kadyss, discussed Vie's Peace of Mind program with San Marco's University Star and the success they saw at Vie Lofts at San Marcos.
As part of the Peace of Mind Program, Kadyss says students were allowed to complete a rental application, sign a lease and pay a non-refundable deposit of $250. Then, students had the opportunity to either cancel or confirm their lease by June 19.
