Thi Pham is a strategically focused accounting and finance executive with over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. She brings deep expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and operational excellence across a wide range of asset classes, including REITs, DSTs, retail, and residential properties. Prior to joining Vie Management, Thi served as Vice President of Property Accounting & Finance at Carter Funds, where she was responsible for the financial oversight of 38 REIT and DST properties, two retail centers, and a condominium. Her role included managing acquisition and disposition prorations, post-close reconciliations, collaborating with due diligence teams, and developing and implementing financial best practices.

Thi joined Vie Management in June 2024 and currently leads the company’s financial performance reporting, treasury functions, and investor and lender communications. She prepares monthly financial statements, certifies reports for lenders, calculates and issues investor distributions, and oversees audits and tax coordination with CBIZ. Known for her disciplined approach and strategic mindset, she is also focused on improving internal controls and driving long-term efficiency. Thi began her career with over 15 years at Greystar in technical accounting and internal audits and later contributed to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance during Landmark’s IPO process. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
